Combining positive psychology, somatic trauma therapy and narcissistic abuse recovery coaching to support mothers through the most complex and difficult transitions of their lives.
I’m the founder of Mama’s Next Chapter - a divorce and separation coach for mothers. I am a devoted mama to a young child and much-loved fur baby based in North London supporting mother’s navigating separation or divorce.
After 12 years living as an expat in four different countries, the life I had planned ended. I was fortunate enough to be able to come home to London. But that didn’t come without it’s complications. I know first hand the challenges expat mothers face when separating and divorcing away from their home country and support network.
With a Master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, I provide a compassionate approach and customised strategy to help you achieve peace, confidence and a positive way forward. I’m here to guide and empower you to overcome challenges and embrace new beginnings.
When a relationship ends during an expat chapter of life, the experience is even more complex. When you are separating from someone who display’s narcissistic tendencies, you can end up in a world far beyond any nightmare you could ever imagine. Being far from familiar systems and trusted support networks at this time exacerbates what is already a devastating experience in systems that are not designed to see the dynamics at play.
Navigating legal systems in a language you don’t understand without the close support of your own support network can intensify the sense of isolation that many mothers already feel during the separation period.
Having this perspective allows me to offer specialist separation and divorce support for expat mothers who are navigating these crushing circumstances.
My work is grounded in psychology as well as specialised training in trauma-informed approaches.
Separation and divorce can feel like one of the most disorienting periods of life. Having the right support during this time makes an enormous difference in how you navigate and how quickly you come through the other end.
I offer the presence of someone who understands both personally and professionally what your transition to becoming a separated or divorced mother feels like.
